The studio is also very nice, more intimate space and very well-equipped with everything you will need. You don’t even need a mat. Hidden gem.

The workout was definitely intense, but the instructor, Shane, was incredibly motivating and kept the energy high the whole time. He made sure to check on my form and see how I was doing throughout the class, which I really appreciated. What stood out to me just as much was how supportive everyone else in the class was. The other students were so friendly and encouraging, which made the environment feel really welcoming even though it was a tough workout. Overall it was an amazing class and I’ll definitely be coming back!
