I took a hiatus due to surgery and Justin reminded me exactly what the purpose, foundation, and meaning of Yoga was during his instruction/practice. I was so moved by his class that I will certainly return to Gro Yoga for his class. Thank you Justin for your technique, adjustment, sun salutations and true authenticity of the practice of yoga. I specifically loved that she toggled weight from foot to foot in preparation for balancing poses. I’ve never had an instructor do this before, and it actually helped me ease into the balancing position much better, and I was able to maintain my balance pose for the hold. For an evening of reconnecting with the self and a gentle flow, I recommend this Yoga Cure class.

se alle anmeldelserI loved the Yin-Yang class! The slow-to-moderate pace was perfect for me because it allowed me to focus on proper form and make sure I was activating the correct muscles. Since my muscles have become deconditioned, I have had difficulty engaging the intended muscle groups on my own. As a result, stronger muscles often compensate, which prevents me from getting the full benefit of the exercises. The suit definitely helped me activate the specific muscles each movement was designed to target. Surprisingly, the suits EMS gave me more energy to continue through the various exercises and repetitions when I started feeling tired. 😊😻

The class had such a nice flow with plenty of deep, feel-good stretching, and I left feeling relaxed, refreshed, and so much better in my body.
