se alle anmeldelserA GREAT CLASS. My legs were shaking at some point and thighs burning! I got a great workout in. Kelly is a great instructor in terms of energy and kindness. She was willing to stick back and answer questions about proper lift form as well. The class may be intense for those new to lifting and the pace quite fast, but even though it was my first time there, I felt accommodated as Kelly offered form variations, there was no judgement in taking a small break or moving down a weight, and I found comfort in the fact that the class was very diverse in age and ability! The energy of the class was unlike one I've seen before: everyone was trying their hardest to push their limits.
