Whole thing is about 50 mins, they check in about 20 mins, then when you have about 15 mins left they give you a cold forehead towel. Heat level goes up to 8, I started at a 7 but then asked to be turned up to 8. I didn’t really start sweating until about halfway through. I would definitely book again!
