I understand that infared is meant to be at 60°. I do try to warm up in the shower in between cold plunge and sauna, however , maybe you'd save more on water and power for the shower by heating the hallways. just a thought as it is cold when stepping out of sauna.

The treatment was incredible. Yin found tension points in my neck, back and shoulders that I wasn’t even aware of. The treatment came to an end with a nurturing hair comb hitting scalp acupoints and gave the best tingles. I’ll be going again.

se alle anmeldelserthe gym looks awesome and the sauna space has the right idea in some ways. the TV i had to turn off as this was put on during my peaceful time there. it was a fire fighter programme. the energy of a TV is not suited to for the environment i would say. lovely seating to relax amd ambient plant setting. the cold plunge had a very high content of chlorine which is not healthy as when you sauna, all your pores open up and that toxicity from chlorine goes strait into to body. it was intense to inhale. As a spa host in many different settings- indoor and out, these are the tweaks I would make if I were the gym owner. for a more pleasant experience.
