The class was definitely beginner friendly. Felt like you were doing back to back stretches( some being hard some easy) in a sauna. So i did sweat a lot but it wasn’t like a hard workout. Was more peaceful and good way to start your day.

It's a no judgement zone and there are people of all ages. Most of the choreo is easy to follow and if you are a first timer as long as you are moving you will pick it up. or just put your own flavor to it as it feels more like a dance class than a traditional Zumba class.

Make sure you arrive a few minutes early if you’ve never been there before, there’s not much signage to bring you to the room.
