Spraying paper towels after each station didn't get the job done or feel sanitary. Everyone was scrambling to grab the same spray bottles and didn't feel efficient or clean. Her class is always so good but challenging - it wasn’t as scorching hot as some other classes I’ve taken at Yonder but it was def still hot and I left drenched (bring a towel, yoga sweat mat and water). She’s really good about reminding you of your intentions and pushing past limiting thoughts.

The music is more pop / hip hop which was okay with me but just something to be aware of if you are looking for more slow or soothing music. The only feedback was the teacher spoke VERY fast so it was a little hard to follow, so would have been nice for him to just not speak so fast, but otherwise good class!

It really helped release some pent up emotions and make peace with things no longer serving me. I felt very whole and more like myself after this class. The poses and tools were dynamic and very good for loosening muscle tension. The instructor was very soothing and helpful.

I was emotional (quietly) and couldn’t bring myself to smile, or even keep still at times but her kindness & unspoken understanding was so appreciated. Totally recommend.

I ended up being on time, there at the location, checked in and they were out of towels and I didn’t feel like I could do hot yoga without a towel to dry myself on so I asked the lady at the front desk if I could get the class refunded and she said sure.

I was given an accommodation to a pose I’ve been struggling to achieve for months!!! No other instructor had ever mentioned there was a more comfortable and safe way for me to achieve the pose until class with Christine😭 means so much to be seen and cared for like that!!! You will not find another instructor that teaches the foundations and techniques like Chris does! He ensures that your form is on point, motivates you through the workout and provides you with a community that is truly unmatched. The workout is tough but doing it all together with the class, at your own pace makes it all the while. My favorite part of class is each playlist that Chris curates, every beat and tempo matches the workout! You wouldn’t regretting coming to his class!!!
