Instructor kept us engaged, focused on the movement with motivational verbiage to keep us going, if we couldn’t or had to shift for our own individual needs, she was unphased which was nice however, did invite us to join in again or remain in our version, in her own words though. Would love that playlist 🤗🤗🤗

The instructor was very knowledgeable and experienced, very welcoming and friendly. Great, slow pace, very detailed and easy to follow, many corrections throughout class, small class size. Great for anyone wanting to connect to and feel good in their body or to understand the foundations of Pilates and really build their practice correctly.
