se alle anmeldelserMarissa’s class was fulfilling. The flow portion had a steady progression and incorporated a nice variety of movements to challenge and energize the body. I enjoyed being able to rotate, compress, extend, work on my core, and test my balance during the flow segment. The instructions were clear but even if you didn’t catch the posture the first time, there was always another round following to try again. The reset portion brought it all together and the length of each passive stretch gave me enough time to catch my breath. Overall, the energy from everyone attending was encouraging and I had a fun practice!

As a beginner, I found his class accessible, but he also provided challenges that pushed me to improve. His ability to cater to all levels of experience is truly impressive.

se alle anmeldelserNiki was an awesome instructor. A great practice in stillness and mindfulness with an emphasis on opening up the lower body. The variety in seated or laying postures was nice for those looking to explore passive or deeper stretches with ample time throughout the posture to switch it up and try other options. The postures are long but Niki made sure to let the class know where they were at time wise, which helped bring back awareness in the mind and body imo. A great class to reset mid-week. Thanks!
