I looked at what ClassPass says the retail price is ($150) and believe I got the 60 min relax massage which is significantly less ($80). A tip should always be optional, and I felt that the job was well done, but no one should be pressured into leaving more of a tip.

My only complaint is that when I asked what they recommended for my skin type I assumed the options they were giving me were included in the price of my custom facial. At no point was it made clear that I would have an additional charge by taking the estheticians recommendation. I only found out when leaving and they told me there was an additional 50$ charge. I enjoyed my experience, but had I known I may have opted for a different treatment or not booked through class pass at all since I didn’t save any money in the end.
