se alle anmeldelserNauris is a really great instructor! He’s very clear in his explanations and encourages people to work at a pace/intensity that works for them. Burn classes tend to be more ‘workout’ style vs Base which is more typical Pilates but I like the difference!

I’m getting back into excercise after about a year off, and felt more comfortable here than any other gym I’ve been to. My classmates were great to - the structure of the class really makes you feel part of a team. Also - holding my phone up to type this is genuinely hard right now, so you can guarantee a good burn :)
