A little bit more flow than other classes which is nice. + Nice easy “Sunday morning” type playlist. Really great class. Also if you’re more advance she will adapt for you. ( though I’m not) ;)

Iris was so knowledgeable and I learned so much about taking care of my body, including assistance with skin care suggestions and healing modalities. This class is very quiet and intentional, some may say slow and even vulnerably, but my mind was very focused and this helped me embody so much peace. Will be back again to help adjust my energy and tune inwards <3

We started with a short discussion of what I wanted from the experience. I left with that and more. More understanding than when I had came in. This session left me feeling heard and seen with out me having to explain anything at all. Her energy is healing. This will not be my last visit 🥰
