It’s not like a “hot much can you sweat, be super sore the next day” kind of class, but like we did lots of great shoulder and back stretches, gentle but not easy. Some balance work. I enjoyed the short reading/meditations at the beginning and end. Shiloh was great and I felt so relaxed and happy afterwards!

I do have to comment that the massage was better once I decided to add on the essential oil and hot stones which was an additional charge of $20. I don’t think I would’ve enjoyed the massage as much if I wouldn’t have added this on. But there was no way time it was clean and they had soothing music playing.
