se alle anmeldelserI wasn’t sure what to expect but enjoyed the class - Meghan didn’t call out specific speeds like in a Barry’s class but let us pick speed based on exertion levels and previewed how long we’d be maintaining that speed (ie 90 seconds to 4 minutes). Did not love the flashing lights during class in the background but that’s just my preference. Playlist was unique and transitioned between hip hop, 90s rock, 2000s hits, a little EDM. I’ve maybe taken ~10-15 classes and that was by far my fav due to the way she coached/instructed, the workout itself, AND the playlist! Best playlist so far. Wouldn’t recommend if you never have been to a fitness class before or are not familiar with many exercise because the instructor doesn’t explain the movements in depth and just leaves it up to you.

Kiera also provides great cues for the treadmill portion of the class. She lets participants know what speeds are suggested and most importantly how long each "working" block is before recovery - so that participants can adjust their speeds accordingly. This is extremely helpful because on longer blocks you may need to scale the speed back and on shorter blocks you can push the pace. (Other instructors do not always do this which is frustrating) Great all around job Kiera!
