So it’s a good class for beginners even though it was a demanding class. Angela is very available to assist and really paid attention to what the people in the class were doing.

se alle anmeldelserI love Tamara’s teaching style and energy - she makes me want to push myself harder but also reminds me to be kind with myself and my body’s limitations. I love the balance of the Pilates and Yin in this class.. the movement in the Pilates is just enough to build a sweat but as soon as you do it’s time for deep stretches and calming down. Love love love it!

se alle anmeldelserThis is an amazing studio for new riders and riders looking for an inclusive/supportive community of riders. The space is open, with good distance between bikes and never gets too too dark compared to almost all other studios . Dana has amazing energy and a strong message with each ride. She really makes you feel seen and included in the class. Also, the facilities are super clean - I love the multiple water fountains. I can’t recommend this studio enough!
