se alle anmeldelserLove Esther’s Energy Riser class! She always comes up with such challenging, unique flows that are so much fun to do and leave me feeling very accomplished. This is not a class for beginners, but Esther still makes a point to give hands on corrections, modifications and progressions throughout her flows.

se alle anmeldelserEnjoyed this class very much. Perfect for winding down the evening. The flow was gentle yet challenging and Jenessia always offered modifications and was encouraging throughout. I loved the entire sound bath portion which was done with the main lights off leaving only the flickering of candlelight. The studio and staff have a lovely, welcoming energy. The studio was mostly full, but I did have an open space next to me. Parking is a little challenging, so I recommend leaving enough time to park and settle in comfortably. I would absolutely take it again.

se alle anmeldelserI loved taking this class! I ended up being the only one there, but the flow was very peaceful and Ash was so sweet! The meditation breathing practices with the yoga movements was the perfect start to the day! I will definitely come back again :)

The instructor was very grounding and incorporated mindfulness without being spiritual if that makes sense. Could’ve used a little more flow and challenge myself but overall experience was definitely 5 stars. Parked on the street and entered the studio through the black gate and waited in the quiet courtyard before heading upstairs to the studio

The session is outdoors so I would bring a sweater because it might get chilly. The location was difficult to find because it’s held at a residence but at least there was plenty of parking!

He knows what he's doing and you can tell he puts his heart, soul and deep knowledge on every class. His power classes are very much ALL LEVELS, because he offers different modifications for every stage, so whether you're a beginner, intermediate or seasoned practicioner who wants a power class, he's got you! 20/10. Also, the studio is absolutely beautiful!!
