se alle anmeldelserHaving gone to this class a couple times already, I love how each class is different and the instructor teaches new things every class. Sometimes the combos can be tricky, but it is never overwhelming and it is really gratifying to feel like I am improving. The small class size is a plus and the instructor isn't afraid to call out your technique if you are doing something wrong. Definitely recommend especially if you want to get better at kickboxing and Muay Thai!

They warmup with BJJ solo drills (shrimp, fwd rolls,etc). Coach will teach a technique and then you do some partner work. You can spar at the end of class but you don’t have to roll if you don’t want to or you can do some positional sparring. Everyone was cool. Great workout
