The studio is clean and easily accessible by mrt - walking distance from Novena station. Overall, I would recommend this place for other beginners, women, and fitness enthusiasts who are looking for a training ground to master the fundamentals. Thanks for the good experience.

There were other ladies in the class and the instructor was also a lady so I felt safe going alone! :) Even during life sparring with a partner the instructors were always keeping a watch out for us to make sure we were kept safe! I had a great first experience doing BJJ! Super duper recommended!!!
