The person working at the front desk was also super welcoming and kind. Sometimes there is a judgey vibe at other studios, but I didn’t feel that at all at this studio. They are accepting of everyone and there are even guys that attend the classes. Super beginner friendly and the instructor is so patient. She made sure to know all our names beforehand and ask if we had any injuries

The owner and staff are beautiful women, both inside and out, and they create such a warm and inviting atmosphere. I tried the red light therapy, leg compression therapy, and localized cryotherapy on my face and knees, and I walked out feeling like a completely new person. The cryotherapy facial was, without a doubt, my favorite! I’ve had a variety of facials over the past 20+ years, and this was by far the best one I’ve ever experienced. If you suffer from migraines, jaw tension, or simply want glowing, refreshed skin, book the cryotherapy facial—you will not be disappointed. I noticed an immediate difference and left feeling rejuvenated. This has officially become my new go-to place for self-care and self-love. I’m so grateful this space opened last fall.
