se alle anmeldelserI had a great time!!! I am newer to yoga and the instructor was assisting with some of my poses which I have never had happen before in any other class and I really appreciated it. The class was nice and relaxing and she asked us what areas of focus we felt like we needed and touched on those during class. Definitely personalized and you could tell she cared. Will be back again for sure!
