I moved from Boston to Charlotte and most yoga classes here focus on strength and hard core muscle training, which is far away from pure yoga, so this class is perfect for me as someone looking for yoga focusing more on stretching, flexing, core control and meditation. I really like the untraditional flows - Sarah tailored them a bit to focus more on flexing and muscle relaxation which are beneficial for people getting moderate exercise after work and aiming to improve their postures and muscles. Highly recommend the class and will come again!
