He checked on us throughout the class and truly made us feel at ease stepping into something we had never done before. He is a wonderful instructor who made us feel welcomed and I can definitely see myself coming to this class every chance I get. Loved it!

The instructor was very welcoming and gave great cues, I felt right at home. Class was comfortable for all levels, we worked up a sweat then slowed it down before the end. 10/10 class

Damian was incredibly generous, patient, and supportive throughout the entire class. I was definitely nervous at first, but he made me feel comfortable and encouraged every step of the way. It ended up being such a fun and rewarding experience, and I’m so glad I decided to come take this class. Highly recommend!
