He always has the best arrangements with the most seamless transitions. Just an absolute gem (with great taste in music too). Started sweating heavily 5 mins in. Leg weights and resistance bands provided. Locker rooms were stocked with hair and skin products, each locker has USB outlet. Bathroom stocked with deodorant and toiletries. Overall:Will return for easier class lol

She provided lots of helpful feedback for the taking. The studio is clean, bright, airy, and welcoming. The locker rooms have everything you need as you dash out of the hot clash. Their rental mats are in excellent condition.

The instructor can be pretty forward and will touch you as needed but it can be pretty jarring if you’re not comfortable with so much touch (on the legs, knees, back).
