    HEATED FLOW 45

Lovely studio with good amenities (mat and towels offered, showers, shampoo/conditioner/body wash, hair dryers, wet clothes bag, lockers). The class I went to was fitness yoga with some nice positivity, but no philosophy. Enjoyed the sequence. It was challenging and fun and I love repetition within a sequence. Not a class for beginners. It was hot and not too hot. Music was okay; the song during savasana was not soothing. Will be back!

This class was great. I liked the idea of them splitting into two so those who would like to focus on upper stick with upper and vice versa! The music was BOMB, a mix of high beat everything (hip hop, pop, techno) it was popping! Danny was great and super helpful. Check out the class you won’t regret it.

The instructor was helpful when it came to correcting form but there were a few moves that I think he could have spent more time demo-ing so the work time wasn’t spent trying to figure out or correct the move. He was also pretty quiet so it was hard to hear his directions occasionally. I would have also appreciated just a bit more energy and encouragement from the instructor throughout the class. Overall though it was a good class. I like the format
