I bring my own, but hadn't seen that before so thought that was nice. The class had a wonderful pace - many hot yoga classes also feel like power but this was a nice normal, yet heated, vinyassa. Thank you for taking time to explain things and bringing joy to an afternoon (:

The facial accomplished the lymphatic drainage i was looking for. Afterwards they wash your face and apply different serums and creams. I will definitely be back 😊
