    Bikram Yoga- Original HOT Yoga

    First time beginner here - loved this class! The instructor was great, she was able to guide the more regular attendees while not pressuring the more beginner ones (like me). Didn’t feel intimidating at all (even if I really couldn’t do all the poses!). Shower area was convenient too. Staff was very nice too :)

    Johanna gave very detailed and concise explanations for the poses which helped me improve the alignment a lot. Room is not big but with good view and excellent shower space as it’s a hotel setting. Heating is strong. Better wear short sleeves and shorts
