Cian had so much energy and took the time to correct form and boost morale when needed. Super supportive and fun-energy class that I’d definitely do again ! Couldn’t recommend more !!

I ended up doing 8:30pm instead of 7:30pm (thank you to the front desk staff, really appreciate your help!) and the class was amazing with the added advantage of a small group. I have done classes with Caleb in the past and he is always a fantastic instructor, motivates you to do your best, explains exercises clearly, corrects form and creates a great atmosphere.

It's a small class so everyone gets a good amount of attention, and she offers exercises which are challenging even at the lowest setting, and with sufficient modifications to amp up or turn down the intensity depending on your abilities on the day. I always leave exhausted but in a good mood.

Although they were explaining politely, when we finally changed and headed to the class, we were told it had already started and we couldn't join anymore. This wasn't explained beforehand. However, the lady kindly explained and suggested alternative options. We ended up joining another exercise session, which turned out to be perfect in every aspect - the exercise, facilities, and location. We promise to arrive early next time.
