From the moment you walk in, the environment feels so welcoming — not just from the people working out, but every single instructor is genuinely kind and supportive. It makes such a difference, especially if you’re trying new classes or getting back into a routine. Out of all the studios I’ve tried, this is the only one that consistently leaves me so sore (in the best way), and I can actually see a difference in my body. Highly recommend if you’re looking for a place that pushes you while still making you feel comfortable and motivated!

se alle anmeldelserChallenging workout, sweet trainer. The small group situation is great, because it’s like you are getting almost personal training for a class price. I could tell that she was really watching my form and also watching how my body was reacting to the workout. (Note to newbies that you should eat some carbs before you train. I did not know this, and ended up getting woozy. It was a great added benefit that she is also a nurse, so she knew just what to do! It’s nice to know that I am in good hands in case anything happens, lol! I also had some questions about fitness training and she seemed very knowledgeable.) Definitely recommend.
