If you’re new to yoga, definitely do the slow class first to work your way up. I loved the music they played, and the cold towel at the end was a perfect touch!

se alle anmeldelserThis is a fantastic full body workout! If you are new to dance and overall fitness, I’d say this is intermediate/advanced. I would ease into this. I thought I was in shape and it kicked my butt in the best way possible. Great energy though, and I loved the lights and the music!
