The skills are easy to learn but hard to execute in a real-time fight... even so, Zach as well as the other students would guide and support me through it while still giving me that challenge as any other student would face. There are people of all ages and experience levels, making it a great place for both beginners and experienced fighters. Unlike a lot of other boxing fitness classes, the instructors here actually teach you proper boxing form. They take the time to teach the fundamentals, correct your technique, and help you develop a real skill. You get an awesome workout while actually learning and improving your boxing. It’s a great option if you’re like me and not trying to become a fighter - just simply looking for a fun, challenging workout and want to learn something new. I’ve learned so much since starting here, and it’s been amazing to see my confidence and skills grow. Great workouts and great community.
