se alle anmeldelserJack’s YinYasa class never disappoints🙌🏼 I’ve been coming to this class intermittently for a few months now when my schedule allows for it and it always proves to be deeply therapeutic for me. The longer held out poses in the heated room are so beneficial to my body, and his incredible music selection that accompanies the class always elevates it to another level for me. He even implements a rainstick during our savasana at the end of class🙏🏼 It’s always just such a beautiful and restorative session and I am always grateful for when my week can incorporate one of these classes of his. I highly recommend checking this one out, and this studio in general🙌🏼
