Would still go back and definitely try other classes there and with this instructor too. Heat isn’t for the faint of heart though…

She sets the space beautifully, with everything you need ready to go in front of you when you enter, you just have to lay your mat and grab your therapy balls. It’s relaxing and my body feels so open afterward. Lucy also provides a lot of education about the body from the TCM perspective. 10/10

se alle anmeldelserLOVED Tatianna! her playlist was so nice!! hotter class as expected and I’m still getting used to that (took small breaks when needed), but SUCH a great workout. everyone was so kind and uplifting. Tatianna offered more advanced moves but always suggested modifications if necessary which was so helpful. can’t say enough good things about this studio.
