se alle anmeldelserJim was so nice, knowledgeable and friendly. I was running late because I got directions to the wrong place — I called to let them know and he set up a mat and props for me. He has a very soothing voice and makes adjustments to students’ poses when needed (as long as you’re okay with it.) The class was so relaxing and I got to stretch deeply. I was sore so it was perfect. The studio is clean and modern but cozy. We arranged our mats around the room against the walls so we were all facing each other which I liked. And no mirrors in the room we were in, which is a bonus for me. Easy parking. Overall a lovely restorative class. I will be back!

se alle anmeldelserTheir was such a great experience! Highly recommend. Note that you need to go down the stairs when you enter the building, then you’ll find the glass windows to the studio. Also be ready for downtown / meter parking.
