se alle anmeldelseri've been attending Adriana's classes for about a month now, she has the best energy ever and she's one of the friendliest people you'll ever meet. She makes everyone feel so comfortable and helps up stay motivated and feel empowered and have some fun even while in an environment that can be vulnerable for many of us. I love that there are people of all body types and strength level levels and skill level in this class. I was pretty much starting from having zero strength at all and still feel like I could keep with the classes and have seen a lot of improvement since. I'm excited to keep seeing myself progress and enjoy every step of the process. <3

This takes place in a big gym- when you come in from the parking lot, take a right and go through the synergy gym of machines to the big one where you’ll see people preparing for boot camp. They have cubbies to put your things in and a water dispenser. Andre will greet you and explain how it all works- you do the warm up written on the left side of the board by yourself until class starts, so come a bit early! Then the right side of the board is what he leads you through, and he’ll explain all the moves. Lots of weights, running, HIIT, etc- you will be sweaty! Also fyi the 7 and 8a morning classes are only 30 minutes which needs to change on ClassPass. He works you hard enough that 30 minutes feels like enough! Everyone in class is supportive and I will definitely be back often!
