se alle anmeldelserThis was a superb class. Master Hritesh is incredibly knowledgeable, and his adjustments are thoughtfully tailored to each student. I learnt so much in just one hour. He helped me identify and correct mistakes I didn’t even realise I was making, such as tensing my muscles, unnecessarily contracting them during poses, and holding my breath. His hands-on adjustments allowed me to go much deeper into the poses than I could achieve on my own, while feeling more relaxed and aligned. I absolutely loved this class and will definitely be back. Highly recommended!

The complimentary coffee was also a lovely touch. I really enjoyed the class, the flow was well-sequenced, engaging, and accessible. The energy throughout the session was warm, uplifting, and encouraging. I left feeling refreshed, grounded, and energized. Thank you for creating such a beautiful space and experience.
