In hot yoga I struggle with staying relaxed bc it’s so hot but I appreciated the reminder. Fav teacher I’ve been to and excited for more classes :D

Another more experienced classmate showed me how to modify (she could tell I was a newbie - thank you April! :). …) so that was really helpful! Hint: It is okay to hold on to the barre while doing some fancy trampoline footwork. I not the most coordinated person so that was helpful to me. Another fun Class Pass experience! Will go back!

Hanna was so encouraging and helpful and never made me feel like I was a burden as a brand newbie. The others in my class were just as friendly and supportive. Wonderful experience and I am excited to take more classes here! <3
