se alle anmeldelserI really enjoyed this class. I'm new in my fitness journey and this class includes people of all shapes and sizes which was comforting to me. I'm a slave to comparison especially when I don't have the endurance that others do. Shavone is so welcoming and encouraging to where I didn’t feel like doing the modified movements made me any less than the folks going full out. Thirty minutes is just enough time for me to sweat and not stare at the countdown wishing for the class to be over. Definitely will go back!
