If you ever feel that way too, trust me and just go!! The second I walked in I felt comfortable and at ease. Everyone is so nice!! see all reviewsI’ve been exploring a few different studios and workouts through ClassPass and I think this one has been my favorite instructor and workout I’ve done so far. I was shaking and sweating barely a quarter into it and I love that Ania isn’t afraid to fix your form or let you know how to modify for an easier or harder rep. As others have noted, the only downside I’ve really noticed with the studio is the cleanliness.

see all reviewsOne of my first times at Aya and I so enjoyed Claire’s class. She obviously puts a lot of care into her flows - this class struck the perfect balance of physicality and mindfulness. It was a Friday the 13th class so she began the class by asking for attendees least favorite poses and tailored the class with those poses in such a way that we could find new ways to appreciate and even enjoy them - it was delightful. I’ll be back - with friends!

Coming from someone who has taken many classes on the class pass; there aren’t any yoga with weights classes. I am hoping that this class is offered regularly. The only issue I had was that it was a little hard to hear in the back, but fairly easy to follow for someone like me who has been practicing yoga for over a decade. I’ll definitely you watching for this class again!

The thing I wish they would change is the "weight lifting" portion. these quick movements with little weights are just not that effective and it's pretty impossible to keep good form while frenetically throwing a 3lb weight around. This is so common in classes that women predominantly go to. It always bothers me lol so maybe I'm being too critical, but I just think it's a waste of time in the class. Other than that, love the class and studio.

It was my first time in and I was greeted by the friendly woman at the front desk who helped pump me up for class and I immediately felt welcomed at this studio. Lauren was the instructor and had so much energy and made the class a lot of fun. I started on the floor and got a great arm and core workout and Lauren gave great form cues and modifications. Half way through we switched sides and I went to do the treadmill part of the class…Speaking of the treadmills, shred has the woodways that are life changing! I got such a great workout in and cannot wait to come back. It is clear that this is a studio that cares about their participants, makes sure everyone feels welcome regardless of fitness level & the vibe is just right! The place was also clean and organized which was refreshing compared to many other gyms I’ve been to! Lauren was a great instructor and had a killer playlist! Looking forward to my next shred session!
