Steph Jo was not only a knowledgeable instructor, but a kind, patient, and funny one. She kept the class engaging and grounded us in the space. I would definitely come back!

Marla told me not to worry and she wasn’t starting class yet and to just set up when I can. Her class (as alway) was a vibe and exactly what I needed. I walked in high strung and walked out calm and relaxed.

The workout was more traditional barre with a ballet focus with moves at the bar as well as Pilates type moves with low weights or body weight. It was a good challenge. The studio was easy to find and plenty of free parking.
