It was a great flow mainly focused on arms but a good full body workout. It was moderate difficulty with some difficult moves but definitely accessible to all while still a great workout.

se alle anmeldelserThe class was amazing!! It pushed me in the best way. It was a little hard to hear the instructor but the room was smaller and more intimate so it was easy to see what others were doing and follow from there. 10/10 would take the class again and I will be back!!
