I’ll say of all the non-traditional Pilates (megaformer) classes I’ve taken, this one specifically with Brenda was the most fun while still being challenging. The other megaformer studio instructors (including Solidcore) I’ve experienced do not really pay attention to technique/form and just want you to break a sweat. Will def come back here!

Her verbal instructions were so detailed that I was able to close by eyes and focus on my breathing more. The studio was also stunning and so clean. This is the BEST jump board class I have ever taken and I hope to incorporate it into my weekly routine. If I could give it 10 stars, ⭐️ I would.

When the class started and there was music, I was pleased to know the instructor wasn’t going to use a microphone and that I could hear him without difficulty. The sequence was intentional and the level of difficulty was suitable. Will was a fantastic instructor. I’ll be attending again.

It’s not easy to find a studio that feels welcoming, but today was great. The instructor provided clear instructions and was helpful when I needed it.
