The singing bowls at the end of class was a nice touch, too! Chris' instruction was well paced and at an appropriate level for what is meant to be one of GaiaFlow's introductory level classes. I have loved GaiaFlow for years, and classes like this one are why!

se alle anmeldelserJennifer is great!! We came to this studio years ago and loved it but after its recent renovation we’ve returned and love it even more. The hot 26 will keep you challenged and although the poses and instructions never change you’ll have a different experience every time you step up to the mat. The only thing this studio doesn’t have that I really love after a hot workout is a cold lavender towel. That would really just put this place over the top.
