For my first time doing a step class it was a little hard to keep up with but the instructor was nice, and went over it a few times before actually starting. Overall had a good time and a good sweat! Will definitely be coming back.

We did floor work(if you can’t do floor work she gives the standing up version for it, which is so considerate and great)! They do classes twice out of the month. And heals aren’t mandatory. If you want to tap into your feminine, this is definitely the class.

One of them I actually knew from figure skating! The instructor did a great job at showing me how to do each move on each side and stood on each side of the room so I could see both sides. The class was fun and I enjoyed the combinations!
