The mat location? Let's review my strategic life choices. I chose the premium real estate right by the cubbies. Very convenient. Very spacious. Plenty of room for people to gracefully navigate around me to put away their keys, shoes, and emotional baggage. Except for one free-spirited gentleman in very loose shorts who decided the most efficient path to his cubby was directly OVER me. Twice. Once is an accident. Twice is a scenic route. I did NOT stare. I was in deep, meditative, eyes-on-my-own-mat focus. But when nature presents itself at that altitude with no... uh... base layer... you notice. Lesson learned: Lindsey in the front = zen. Cubby spot = unexpected anatomy review. Next time I'm putting my mat in the middle.

My favorite part of this class were the other folks dancing with me. This is the first ClassPass class I’ve been at where several people took the time to introduce themselves and say hi to me. Everyone was so sweet. If you’re looking for a fun lowkey class to get the wiggles out while still getting a solid cardio workout, I’d highly recommend :) I personally will definitely be back.
