se alle anmeldelserThe movements in this class were super beginner friendly but they’re not easy! It focused more on basic postures. The entire yoga session was calm, peaceful, and chill. No sweat. My body felt better after the class. Would recommend!

It’s a very small class too, so you get lots of personal attention and corrections on how to do it better. She also gave me and others different things to work on based on our skill levels. Highly recommended!
