se alle anmeldelserEasy to find location, beautiful open yoga studio with a fireplace and relaxing vibe. Allie was very spiritual and motivating, loved having her guide me through the meditation. I call it meditation because the candlelit vin was less yoga poses and more mindfulness relaxation. Still loved every part of it! Great for after a day of stress at work.

The flow was great, deep long stretches and it felt so much longer than an hour. 10/10 I will also recommend this studio for a good start or continuation of practice.
