se alle anmeldelserI signed up through class pass, so I’m not a regular member but if you’re looking for a good drop in class this is a good one. It’s intense but in a good way. Class size are smaller so for me it was a much better experience not being on top of people or super close. Make sure you bring your yoga mat! I forgot mine and had to pay $5 which honestly isn’t bad at all when places like HOTWORX charge like $15 or $20!

Neither of those things mattered, the class was great and she reminded us to go at our own pace to ensure comfort. When correcting a pose she didn’t single me out directly, she gave us gentle reminders as a whole group. I will be back ! Loved the energy as well!
