I’ve been managing my asthma by sticking to Pilates and Yoga, but this workout was a whole different level. I’d definitely come back to try another day to see if the routines are different, but I thoroughly enjoyed my first class!

Kyra is such a great yoga teacher; she was kind, thoughtful, knowledgeable and had a lovely presence. I also got a chance to meet another yoga teacher at the studio, Veronica, who gave me an idea of the different kinds of classes offered at the studio and it’s exciting to have so many wonderful classes and workshops to choose from. The ladies were generous and warm, the space is clean and inviting- I’m really happy I found this studio.

se alle anmeldelserMy two friends and I took a reformer Pilates class with Iván at SkyArts Pilates and had such a great experience. The class is in Spanish which made it even more fun and engaging. It is a small class with only 8 reformers and that really created a sense of connection. It felt very united supportive and motivating. Iván is incredibly kind and encouraging and he definitely pushes you in the best way. It was very much go hard or go home while still reminding us to take breaks when needed and to shake it off and keep going. The balance of challenge and support was perfect. All three of us loved the class and will absolutely be back for more. Highly recommend if you are looking for a strong empowering reformer Pilates workout with great energy and instruction.
