se alle anmeldelserThis class was amazing! Small (only 3 people, though I’m not sure if it’s always like that) and very informative. I liked the very relaxed and open vibe. Gii encouraged us to talk to each other and ask her questions whenever needed, which was definitely needed. I was adequately challenged for a gentle yoga class and never felt pressured to force specific poses I couldn’t do comfortably. I loved it!

I went to Breathe yesterday and it was truly amazing! I was able to stretch and Danielle did some hands-on adjustments to make my stretches more glorious. Then, the mediation was definitely what I needed before I ran off to work.
