I eagerly anticipate her classes whenever I have the opportunity to attend. However, I would suggest for the instructors to announce the no-filming policy before class starts.There was a girl filming in class a few rows ahead of me, and it was a bit distracting because I didn’t want to be recorded, especially since everyone else follows the rule and there are signs on the door before entering class.

Idk if it’s bc the music is too loud, the echo, or his tone… but sometimes I was lost on what we were doing next (yikes!) Other than that, great class and will definitely book again!

se alle anmeldelserI loveeeed this class because it had true Pilates principles and we moved with control, but still had some contemporary flair and some standing work like squats etc. The sequence made a lot of sense — core, side-lying, arms, then legs — and it was a great push without feeling like there was a lot of complicated choreography for TikTok. Playlist was FIRE, I love when a Miami local makes playlists; iykyk. The studio is very beautiful and the staff at the front desk were all friendly. My HUGE piece of constructive criticism though is to give the instructor a mic! Felt bad like she was having to yell over the music. A mic in a room that size makes the experience better for clients and more sustainable for instructors.

Tough but so encouraging & inspiring. You can tell he loves what he does. I did Nelson’s last week, what a joke. He thinks he’s so funny, but he’s not. Don’t let a full, big class fool you. The workout was just ok. Not here for clout. All the others just seem to have egos for the following, but frank is real, consistent, and just the best! Quality over quantity always! 🙏🏾🙌🏽💕

Aerial stretch was a perfect beginner friendly class for me as I wanted to get more comfortable with the silks. The class was nice and slow but I still managed to break a sweat halfway through. I really enjoyed the use of all the props. It made the class complete. I hope we can repeat a similar sequence in the future.
